The new lift table EXPRESS LOADER from Lödige Industries GmbH enables simple loading and unloading of lorries. A special advantage: No pit is required.So far, a pit was always necessary for the installation of a lift table for lorries. Now with the Lödige EXPRESS LOADER, a flexible lift table is available, that was specifically developed, for use without pit. With the low installation height of 18 cm and simple installation, the new lift table generation is particularly suited to retrofitting in existing loading areas. The EXPRESS LOADER is also a favourable solution for temporary applications with unknown operating life of the property, as it can simply be moved to different locations.
With a load capacity of three tonnes and a light platform size of 170 x 270 cm, the lift table is particularly suited to the loading of goods that are transported by lorry. The connection between lift table and lorry is established via a spring-loaded bridging plate. Loading from ground to lift table occurs by means of a hydraulically operated ramp, which is easy to drive onto with a low inclination angle of 10°. A traffic light system that can be optionally integrated facilitates optimum positioning of the lorry in front of the lift table. Further options like for example roofing serving as weather protection round off the total package.
Naturally, the Lödige EXPRESS LOADER corresponds to the current safety requirements for lift tables (DIN EN 1570-1).
