This is where your expertise is needed:
- You will be responsible for the entire marketing and communication activities of all Lödige Industries business units, both nationally and internationally.
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management as well as the continuous development of the marketing team.
- You will be responsible for the management and control of all marketing activities with full target and budget responsibility.
- Together with your team, you will develop, plan, design and implement customized marketing strategies for both Lödige Industries' online and offline activities. In close cooperation with the sales department, you will further expand our international market leadership in the areas of air cargo, parking solutions, production logistics and lift solutions.
- For your team, you are an excellent communicator and project manager, as well as an inspiring and motivating leader who promotes and individually leads your employees and their talents.
- Hands-on mentality - you enjoy being operationally active and work on selected projects and channels yourself.
What makes you special:
- A degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable qualification
- You have several years of relevant experience in strategic, international marketing with success in the marketing of capital goods requiring explanation and in building brand awareness.
- You have at least 2 years of management experience and have strong intercultural skills as well as experience in working with international subsidiaries.
- You are proficient in project management and have excellent communication skills.
- You have extensive experience in digital, print, content and social media marketing and a good feel for trends.
- You have in-depth knowledge of CRM (preferably Hubspot, SAP) and content management systems (preferably Typo3).
- You love to be in contact with employees and customers and at the same time have an understanding of structures, processes and figures.
- You have ambition, creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have a perfect command of English and German.
